1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 1777cb platform located at 1777cb.org ("the Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 1777cb Privacy Policy and all game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents together constitute the entire agreement between you and 1777cb ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 1777cb Platform. Continued use of the Platform — including browsing the games lobby, placing a wager, or depositing funds — constitutes unconditional acceptance of the current version of these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Real-money gaming at 1777cb is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of age — including a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identification — at any stage of the player relationship, including before processing any withdrawal.

2.2 Geographical Eligibility

The 1777cb Platform is operated for and marketed to Pakistani players. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally, and that you are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation under the laws applicable to you.

2.3 Registration Requirements

When creating a 1777cb account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information whenever it changes.
• Register only one account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and, at the Company's discretion, closure of one or all accounts.
• Not register on behalf of a third party or use another person's identity or payment method.
• Not use a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to misrepresent your geographical location.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1777cb login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. The Company will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You agree to notify 1777cb immediately at support@1777cb.org if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

In accordance with internationally recognised Know Your Customer (KYC) standards, 1777cb requires account verification before processing any withdrawal. Required documents typically include:

• Proof of identity: Valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of address: Utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within the last three months.
• Payment method verification: Screenshot or confirmation of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used for deposits.

The Company may request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension pending verification.

3.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wager). 1777cb reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant accounts, deducted from the remaining account balance. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees commence. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period are closed automatically.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

1777cb currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, and Meezan Bank Transfer. The Company reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via on-platform notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 1777cb does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your 1777cb balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification as described in Section 3.2.
• Average withdrawal processing time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa is under five minutes post-verification; bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• 1777cb reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals exceeding Rs 50,000 in a single transaction.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirements as outlined in Section 5.
• The Company does not accept or return funds to third-party accounts. Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts in the player's own name.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available to 1777cb players are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet rules stated at the time of the offer. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in qualifying games before withdrawal becomes available.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

1777cb actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses across duplicate accounts, placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, and exploiting promotional terms through coordinated activity. Where bonus abuse is detected, the Company reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and suspend or close the account without prior notice.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus offers that are not claimed within the specified claim window, and wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified completion window, will expire automatically. Expired bonuses are removed from the account balance without compensation.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook Bets

All sports betting markets at 1777cb — including cricket, PSL matches, international ODIs and Tests, UFC, and football — are governed by the specific rules published within the sportsbook section. In the event of a discrepancy between a general rule and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule takes precedence. 1777cb reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was subject to a pricing error, data feed error, or where the outcome was already known at the time of bet placement.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games at 1777cb — including live dealer tables, video slots, crash games such as Monster Crash, and table games such as Mini Baccarat — are provided by certified third-party game suppliers. Each game's rules, RTP (Return to Player) percentage, and any applicable bet limits are displayed within the game interface. The Company does not manipulate game outcomes; all results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics as applicable.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or game interruption, 1777cb reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1777cb Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or registering using false identity information.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service to circumvent geographical or account restrictions.
• Using automated betting bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform other than a standard web browser or the official 1777cb application.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing wagers with prior knowledge of a predetermined outcome.
• Colluding with other players in live poker or any other multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for financial gain. Any such discoveries must be reported to support immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 1777cb staff or other players.
• Making chargebacks on valid deposits. Chargebacks are treated as fraud and will result in account closure and debt recovery action.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any 1777cb content without prior written consent from the Company. Unauthorised use of 1777cb intellectual property will be subject to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1777cb and its directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to maintain credential security.

In all cases where liability cannot be excluded entirely, the Company's total liability to any player is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your 1777cb account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified remaining balance (excluding pending bonuses or bonus-derived funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, subject to KYC verification being complete.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by 1777cb

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.

• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed following investigation, verified funds will be returned.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1777cb holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 1777cb's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

For players in Pakistan, these Terms do not override any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under applicable Pakistani law. Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement applicable to you, the mandatory legal requirement shall prevail to the extent of the conflict only.
